First "urgent" concert: album presentation
On 20th April 2023, Tredici canzoni urgenti has been performed for the first time with a special concert in a simple music hall, Sala Verdi at Milan's Conservatory. There were the musicians and the guests involved:
Vinicio Capossela (voice, piano, acoustic guitar, Farfisa), Alessandro “Asso” Stefana (guitars, piano, keyboard), Don Antonio Gramentieri (guitars), Andrea Lamacchia (double bass, bass, bass synth), Piero Perelli (drums), Niccolò Fornabaio (drums, percussions), Raffaele Tiseo (1st violin, keyboard), Valentina Mattiussi (2nd violin), Lorenza Merlini (viola), Daniela Savoldi (cello), Mauro Ottolini (tromba bassa, trombone), Michele Vignali (sassofoni), FiloQ (drum machine, synth), Cesare Malfatti (intonarumori), Vincenzo Vasi (voce, theremin, percussioni), Irene Sciacovelli (voce).
Special guests were Margherita Vicario, who sang La cattiva educazione, and Sir Oliver Skardy, vocals on Sul divano occidentale.
There have been two surprises: the band performed also a homage to Enzo Jannacci, Giovanni telegrafista, and, with Sir Oliver Skardy, Papa nero. The concert eventually ended on the notes of Bardamù.
