First "urgent" concert: album presentation

On 20th April 2023, Tredici canzoni urgenti has been performed for the first time with a special concert in a simple music hall, Sala Verdi at Milan's Conservatory. There were the musicians and the guests involved:

Vinicio Capossela (voice, piano, acoustic guitar, Farfisa), Alessandro “Asso” Stefana (guitars, piano, keyboard), Don Antonio Gramentieri (guitars), Andrea Lamacchia (double bass, bass, bass synth), Piero Perelli (drums), Niccolò Fornabaio (drums, percussions), Raffaele Tiseo (1st violin, keyboard), Valentina Mattiussi (2nd violin), Lorenza Merlini (viola), Daniela Savoldi (cello), Mauro Ottolini (tromba bassa, trombone), Michele Vignali (sassofoni), FiloQ (drum machine, synth), Cesare Malfatti (intonarumori), Vincenzo Vasi (voce, theremin, percussioni), Irene Sciacovelli (voce).

Special guests were Margherita Vicario, who sang La cattiva educazione, and Sir Oliver Skardy, vocals on Sul divano occidentale. 
There have been two surprises: the band performed also a homage to Enzo Jannacci, Giovanni telegrafista, and, with Sir Oliver Skardy, Papa nero. The concert eventually ended on the notes of Bardamù.

It has been announced a series of summer concerts, anticipated by a show to be performed in Scandiano (RE) on May 27th, called «Se il senno è sulla luna. Concerto d'amore e di altre follie».

Con i tasti che ci abbiamo is the title of the last song featured in Tredici canzoni urgenti, but also the title of this long tour that will take Capossela and his band to the most important theatres all over Italy. These are the tour dates:

Tenco Prize 2023

On October 21st 2023 Vinicio Capossela got a Targa Tenco for Best album during the 46th festival of songwriters.

Altri tasti - 2024 summer tour

After Con i tasti che ci abbiamo, the 2023 theaters tour in support of the last album Tredici canzoni urgenti, Vinicio Capossela started a summer tour on July 1st, called Altri tasti (Other keys), a series of special concerts with different bands and repertoires: two concerts with an orchestra, others with his band, and another with a strings quartet and the Balkan style brass band Fan Fath al.
